The ranch has been open to guests since 1999. We are honored to have wonderful return-guests who have made Cottontail Creek Ranch their yearly tradition.

Our 2015 rates
(subject to change) based on 1-10 guest visit are as follows:
January - June 9

September - December:

Please add on the following: 11%(9% SLO County bed tax,+ 2% tax deductible Land Conservation Fund Donation*) + a refundable $700 security and cleaning deposit. All rates are based on a 10 guest visit (extra guest charge of $35/guest/night with a maximum of 20 guests. Children are counted as guests.) Please inquire about applicable day use charges and limits for visitors who are not overnight guests. Extra Day use guests by permission only and subject to a charge and limits.

1/2 base rent is due upon booking the ranch. Payment may be made in the form of check or money order made out to Cottontail Creek Ranch. The Full balance including 9% county bed tax, 2% Conservation fund donation (separate tax deductible checks made out to San Luis Obispo Community Foundation included with your final payment) any applicable extra guest charges and security and cleaning deposits is due 30 days prior to arrival.
