Northbound 101: Take Morro Bay Highway 1 Exit, Drive 18
miles(20 minutes) to Old Creek Road and turn right.
Drive 3.4 miles (5 minutes) past Whale Rock Reservoir to
Cottontail Creek Road, turn left. Drive 1.7 paved miles
through barn yard (3 minutes) over cattle guard then 1.4
miles on gravel road to Cottontail Creek Ranch gate. Do
not turn off this main road until you see 2005 CTC ranch
sign. Enter gate code. Take a left at the Lizard Rock. Stay left until you arrive at the lower patio. Congratulations! You are here!!
Southbound 101: Take "Cambria Hearst Castle" Highway 46
west exit. Turn right or west and drive 10.5 miles (14
minutes) to Old Creek Road (Large Highway Sign with Old
Creek and Santa Rosa Road) Turn Left (Ignore the first
Old Creek Road marked with a small road sign) . Drive 6
miles (10 minutes) down winding country road to
Cottontail Creek Road, turn right. Drive 1.7 paved miles
through barn yard,
(3 minutes) over cattle guard then 1.4
miles on gravel road to Cottontail Creek Ranch gate. Do
not turn off this main road until you see 2005 CTC Ranch
sign. Enter gate code. Take a left at the Lizard Rock. Stay left until you arrive at the lower patio.
